Is Measurement Service available at home?Yes, we do provide measurement service at home for Women's only. In case you have a perfect fitting reference, you can hand it over to the pickup executives. For Men's, we mandatorily need a reference clothing for the measurement purpose.

What is the processing time of an order?We take approximately 10 days under Standard Processing and 5 days under Express processing. Please check the charges for Express Processing at https://www.threadstailor.com/express-tailoring. Additional days will be taken if opted for Embroidery/Fabric procurement.

How does Threads Tailor work?Post scheduling your appointment, a designer will visit your location to pick the fabrics, take measurements and discuss about the order requirements. The order will then be processed and delivered back to you within 5 days to 10 days.

Does Threads Tailor provide alteration of the delivered order?Yes, a reverse pickup will be attempted once the alteration request is raised.

What is the payment process of Threads Tailor?An invoice will be generated post to the pickup appointment which will be in accordance to the price list. The invoice must be cleared before the dispatch of the order.
